MAP ROI Renamed Synchris

Completes Venture Capital Round to Fund Business Growth

STERLING, Va., Sept. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- MAP ROI Systems, Inc. announced today that effective immediately the company has renamed itself Synchris, Inc. available at http://www.synchris.com.
 
"Our new name reflects the expanded scope of the solutions we provide our customers since we acquired the software assets of Privia, Inc.," said Michael Jakab, Synchris vice president. Synchris products are used by companies to increase government sales. Synchris manages the complex selling processes involved with government opportunities. The application includes a collaborative platform for team members to work together in real-time for efficient response to requests for proposals and task order management.

Synchris also announced that it has completed a $4.5 million round of venture capital financing from its strong partners: Novak Biddle, Aurora, and Inflection Point. "This funding completes the preparation phase of the Synchris launch including an expanded product footprint, extended customer support, increased sales and engineering teams, and a new corporate image," said William L. Schrader, president and CEO. "Our target market remains government contractors with revenue from $5 million to $50 billion."
