On-demand access to hundreds of data points for any application, platform, product or Web site

By delivering hundreds of data points from the U.S. Census Bureau for any ZIP code, city, county, or state live via an XML-based Web service, users are able to seamlessly find information such as median home prices, education status, or employment information. The StrikeIron U.S. Census Premium Web Service is distinctive by providing categorical summaries of the data thus eliminating additional work and simplifying the research process.

Subscribers to this service have access to four major areas of data; demographic, economic, housing, and social information:
• Demographic Statistics include gender, age, race, household types, housing types, etc.
• Economic Characteristics include employment status, occupation, income, poverty status, etc.
• Housing Characteristics include housing units, occupied housing units, occupants, value, mortgages, rent, etc.
• Social Characteristics include educational attendance and attainment, personal status (marital, veteran, disability), residence, birth (place, nativity, language spoken), ancestry etc.
The StrikeIron U.S. Census Information Premium Web Service is part of the growing StrikeIron WSBizNet focused on providing on-demand data access to improve business decision processes.
