Mike Jakab, VP Sales, Greg Lehl, VP Professional Services, Paul Parker, VP Engineering

Sterling, VA, July 6, 2005 - MAP ROI Systems, Inc. announced today the appointment of three vice presidents to lead the reorganized company. Michael Jakab is now vice president for sales, marketing and product management; Greg Lehl is vice president for professional services; and Paul Parker is vice president of engineering.

Mike Jakab joins the team after six years as senior vice president with P&L responsibility at Descartes Systems Group, where he launched successful software and wireless communication solutions and was instrumental in the company's turnaround to profitability in late 2004. Earlier he was a leader at SABRE Group and also at Roadnet Technologies, a unit of United Parcel Service.

Greg Lehl has more than 20 years' experience in enterprise software and services. He joined the company having served as director of professional services for Privia, Inc., where he successfully deployed enterprise software solutions for clients such as Boeing, Lockheed Martin, CACI and ACS. Earlier, Greg served in varying technical and management positions at IBM, Lotus Development Corporation and Anacomp, Inc.

Paul Parker has 22 years of technology and management experience in commercial application software development. Paul was chief software architect and vice president of software development at Descartes Systems Group for seven years. He also served as vice president of software development for Roadshow International and started as a programmer with the National Association of Realtors.
