MAP ROI Systems Combines with Privia, Inc.

Purchase Helps Clients of Both Firms Further Boost Government Proposal Win Rates

STERLING, VA - March 16, 2005 - MAP ROI Systems, Inc. announced today its acquisition of the assets of Privia, Inc., a San Mateo, California-based software company. Privia's enterprise software solution automates the qualification, development and delivery of commercial bids on large government contracts. Together, the two firms cover all aspects of the proposal process, from identifying opportunities to coordinating resources and managing documents.
