InPhonic to Provide Platform for Procurement, Activation, Billing, and Customer Care

Washington, D.C. – January 4, 2005 – InPhonic, Inc. (Nasdaq: INPC) announced today a two-year agreement with AT&T to provide a subscriber management system to support AT&T’s launch of wireless voice and data services to enterprise customers.

InPhonic will deliver the systems platform for procurement, activation, billing, and customer care, as well as self-service platforms based on web and speech recognition technology.  InPhonic’s mobile data platform will also provide support for over-the-air activation, mobile web and advanced wireless messaging.

“AT&T is launching a broad array of voice and data mobility services in the first half 2005 that are “built for business,” said Kevin Crull, AT&T senior vice president and general manager for wireless services. “We will leverage a best-in-class set of suppliers, including Sprint and InPhonic, to deliver a suite of solutions exclusively built for business that will seamlessly integrate the delivery of mobility services.”
