Blackboard Partners with to Bring eLearning to 80 Rural School Districts

WASHINGTON, Sept. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Blackboard Inc. (Nasdaq: BBBB) announced today that will adopt the Blackboard Learning System(TM) and the Blackboard Portal System(TM) for its statewide high school content sharing initiatives. unites school districts throughout Pennsylvania to provide meaningful experiences that enhance flexible, blended learning opportunities for more than 15,000 students.
