What's New in Web Services?StrikeIron in the News:
Note from the President: Year End Wrap-upWe are close to wrapping up another year at StrikeIron and it sure has been a great one for us and our customers. We have launched several exciting new Web services throughout the year such as the various Mapquest services, D&B services, Gale Group services, Midnight Trader and many more exciting data sources providing easy-to-integrate real-time data into any application, Web site, or device. In addition, we have also enhanced many of our traditional Web services such as integratable SMS, address verification, email verification, reverse telephone and address lookups and many more as well, increasing their capabilities. We have completed several integrations into leading platforms such as Salesforce.com, Microsoft CRM, IBM's QEDWiki platform, and Microsoft Office platforms such as Excel and Outlook. This year we also launched our developer community providing additional support to all of our integration partners and developers who are building and showcasing commercial applications on top of our Web services. This is just the beginning of what we have planned for developer and partner support. We also have made tremendous investments in our core infrastructure increasing our capacity, performance, and increasing other reliability and throughput metrics that we monitor by the hour. This includes many upgrades to our automated business process capabilities such as our monthly billing cycles, service response messages, and additional online user support. So even with all of these great accomplishments this past year, with all we have planned for 2008 and beyond we still feel like we are just getting started. We have several exciting innovations scheduled for early 2008 and we look forward to continue to reduce the information technology complexity for all of our customers while simultaneously providing all sorts of new capabilities, and therefore opportunities, to your doorstep.
