WorldCell, Inc. Announces Mobile-Mind, Inc Acquisition Using Smart Card Technology
Silver Spring, Maryland, March 23, 2006 – WorldCell, Inc., a leading provider of managed services for global voice and data wireless communications, announced today that it has acquired Mobile-Mind, Inc, internationally recognized developer of SIM and smart card technologies. Financial terms were not disclosed.
