Sensor Technology Firm Centice Names CFORESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. – January 19, 2006 – Centice, a developer of sensor technology licensed from Duke University, has named Arthur Bergens, Jr. as its chief financial officer. Bergens has more than 22 years of experience in finance. He worked most recently for chip firm Unitive, an RTP-based firm that was acquired by Amkor Technology. Bergens was CFO at Unitive and then became vice president of finance and administration for a business unit of Amkor. Bergens was vice president and CFO at Modus Media International and CFO of TANO Automation before joining Unitive.
