Sterling, VA, June 21, 2005 - MAP ROI Systems, Inc. announced today the appointment of William L. Schrader, former chairman, CEO and founder of PSINet, Inc., to the position of President and CEO. Christopher Stahl, who founded the company in 2003 and has led the company as President and CEO since that time, has moved to Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Schrader comes with 30 years of experience in writing successful government proposals, managing complex software and systems-based technology organizations in business and academia, and guiding small companies through the growth phases to achieve market sector dominance.
