The Aurora team has managed investments in over 60 companies, resulting in five IPOs and eight M&A transactions to date.
While Aurora is no longer making any new investments, previously the firm was a lead or co-lead investor in seed and early-stage financing opportunities located primarily in the Southeastern and mid-Atlantic United States. The firm’s initial investment size ranged from $50,000 in a seed investment to as much as $2.5 million in a first round financing. Aurora had the capacity to invest a total of between $4 million and $8 million across multiple rounds of financing as the company matures.
